Please note that this year, we will be offering two opportunities. The first is our 2025 Art of Sciences Camp, for grade 7-12 students, limited to 90 students. A new addition this year is the 2025 Art of Sciences Data Science Research minicamp, for grade 9-12 students, limited to 9-12 students, minimum number to open this one is 9 students.
Payment Structure
The payment covers comfortable double-occupancy lodging, meals from Sunday, July 13th (dinner) through Saturday, July 26th (breakfast), instructional sessions, special activities, a T-shirt, and a yearbook.
Early bird: January 18 to April 30, $2900 per student Regular: May 1 to June 9, $3000 per student. Returning student bonus: Students who attended the 2024 Art of Sciences summer or winter camps will receive a $50 discount bonus (in the form of a check mailed to your home address after the camp). Refund Policy: Written cancellations (post or email) received two weeks prior to camp start date (before June 29, 2025) will receive a refund (minus the $300 deposit fee). No refunds are given within two weeks of camp start date. Class substitutions are accepted. Date Science Research mini camp: $3420 per student ($3300 for camp period and $120 for post camp 4 online sessions). Registration deadline is March 15 for this research camp. Interview period March 15 to April 6, 2025. By April 6, if the minimum number (9 students) is not reached, the research camp will be canceled and a full refund will be given. |

St. Olaf employs professional security staff that is on duty 24/7.

Roommates
Campers are housed two per room and may request a specific roommate. Roommates need to request each other on their registration form. Camp space is filled on a first-come basis and spots cannot be held for a late-registering roommate. Students with escorting adults will stay with escorts.

The Camp Closing Ceremony runs on Friday, July 25, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with recognition and awards for campers. Family and friends are welcome to attend. Nightly activities include chill activities, such as movie night, ice cream socials, and s’mores, but also offer recreational activities, including sand volleyball, soccer, frisbee, and swimming (lifeguard on duty is provided by St. Olaf college).
