Payment Structure
The payment covers comfortable double-occupancy lodging, meals from Sunday, July 9th (dinner) through Saturday, July 22nd (breakfast), instructional sessions, special activities, a T-shirt, and a yearbook.
Early bird: February 1 to April 30, $2550 per student Regular: May 1 to June 9, $2650 per student. Returning student bonus: Students who attended the 2022 Art of Sciences summer or winter camps will receive a $50 discount bonus (in the form of a check mailed to your home address after the camp). Refund Policy: Written cancellations (post or email) received two weeks prior to camp start date (before June 25, 2023) will receive a refund (minus the $250 deposit fee). No refunds are given within two weeks of camp start date. Class substitutions are accepted. |

Please read the curriculum page to determine your class selection(s) and have the health insurance information ready before you fill the registration form. Please also read the behavior agreement and parent waiver information. Registrations are accepted until student capacity has been reached. At the conclusion of the registration form, you will be asked to submit credit card information. Once submitted, the full amount will be charged. Please review COVID restriction guidelines in compliance with safety measures prior to signing up. Refunds for COVID-related cases will not be provided, except in special circumstances. Minnesota - Premier national multidisciplinary science camp. “Art of Sciences” camp offers two weeks of quality instruction on the topics including Math, Physics, Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Reading, Business, Economics, Creative Sound Design, Photography, and Baking, featuring instruction by IMO Gold Medalist Dr. Pavlo Pylyavskyy. The camp is open for students entering 6th through 11th grade in the 2023-2024 school year.

Camp fees ($2550 per student for early bird pricing) cover double-occupancy lodging, meals (July 9, Sunday dinner – July 22, Saturday breakfast), instructional sessions, special activities, a T-shirt, and a yearbook. Campers are housed in comfortable and secure student residence halls. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Counselors live simultaneously alongside students and provide 24-hour supervision. St. Olaf employs professional security staff that is on duty 24/7.

Roommates
Campers are housed two per room and may request a specific roommate. Roommates need to request each other on their registration form. Camp space is filled on a first-come basis and spots cannot be held for a late-registering roommate. Students with escorting adults will stay with escorts.

Parent Escort Policy and Fee
Parents may escort up to two students. The escort fee ($1050 per adult) includes meals and housing in a shared room with the camper. St Olaf College requests all adults on campus need to perform background check and complete the Sexual Abuse Awareness Training. The fee also include the background check fee. Parent registration deadline: June 9, 2023.

Photography, Business, and Baking Classes for escorting adults and Fee
Dr. Bin Zhang will lead the Photography class (week 1 morning). Dr. Jingwei Meng will lead the Business for Parents class (week 1 afternoon). Mrs. Misha will lead the Baking class (week 2 afternoon). The class fee of $400 for each class covers the cost of the instruction. Please refer to the class curriculum for details.

The Camp Closing Ceremony runs on Friday July 21 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with recognition and awards for campers. Family and friends are welcome to attend. Nightly activities include chill activities, such as movie night, ice cream socials, and smores, but also offer recreational activities, including sand volleyball, soccer, frisbee, and swimming (lifeguard on duty is provided by St Olaf college).
