Camper Behavioral Agreement
To ensure a safe and fun environment for all, campers are expected to behave in an acceptable manner and use appropriate language at all time. It is important to remember that there are no refunds if a camper is asked to leave the program due to unacceptable behavior.
Parent Waiver
As the parent or guardian of the minor registering for this RMC Academy LLC summer camp, I consent to his/her participation and I understand and agree as follows:
St Olaf College Facility Rules
May I use a credit card to pay for the camp other than through the online form?
No. In order to meet regulations, we can only take credit cards using our online form.
What is the refund policy?
Written cancellations (post or email) received two weeks prior to camp start date will receive a refund, but will not receive the $250 deposit fee. No refunds are given within two weeks of the camp's start date, but substitutions are accepted.
What do you need to do to cancel due to a medical circumstance?
Doctors note and written request will need to be submitted. Once received and confirmed, refund/credit will be submitted on a case-by-case basis.
What if camp is cancelled?
If we do not meeting the minimum enrollment prior to July 3, 2022, this camp will be canceled and registration fee will be refunded.

- All residential guests must attend event orientation.
- Staff, residents, and guests will be treated with dignity and respect. Threats, injuries or endangerment of oneself or others physically or emotionally will not be tolerated.
- Participants will adhere to additional rules of conduct specifically designed for your event, classroom, and/or studio set forth by program instructor or campus personnel.
- Participant will remain in the designated event areas only and remain on the St. Olaf campus unless they present a signed permission note from a parent/guardian to the program director.
- Inappropriate use of cameras and digital imaging equipment is prohibited anywhere. Devices may not be used in locker rooms, bathrooms or private spaces.
- Attendance and participation is required at all activities, whether they be instructional or recreational. Any participant needing to be excused due to illness must first report to the program staff.
- Event/college equipment and supplies will be used in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Damages to program/campus property must be paid for by the participant or the participant’s parent or guardian.
- Smoking and the use of any tobacco products are prohibited in all St. Olaf buildings and near all building entrances. The use or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in dismissal without refund.
- Firearms, weapons and fireworks are not permitted on campus.
- Pets are not permitted in any campus building. Service animals must be clearly identified.
- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the immediate cancellation of participation in the event. No program refunds will be given.

- My child/ward is healthy and capable of fully participating in all aspects of the camp.
- My child/ward has sufficient health insurance to cover her/him during her/his participation in the program.
- I understand that RMC Academy LLC does not provide health insurance for program participants.
- I hereby release all pictures of my minor child taken by RMC Academy LLC for promotional purposes and programming materials including the website.
- I hereby release and discharge RMC Academy LLC and its regents, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, on behalf of myself and my legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, and costs which I or any of my legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns may have to claim to have relating to or arising from my child/ward’s injury, illness, or death.
- I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMC Academy LLC and its regents, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, and costs asserted by or on behalf of my child/ward or any of my child/ward’s legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns, relating to or arising from my child/ward’s participation in the program, including and without limitation to my child/ward’s injury, illness, and death.
St Olaf College Facility Rules
- College Regulations. Off-campus Group (OCG) is required to adhere to all college policies, regulations, guidelines, in addition to all local, state and federal laws concerning health, safety and public order. College regulations include, but are not limited to, the following in college buildings and on college property:
- 5.1.1. All individuals will abide by Minnesota State law, federal law and College regulations including but not limited to those laws and regulations regarding intoxicants, narcotics and drugs.
- 5.1.2. The distribution and consumption of alcoholic beverages, including limitations to when and where alcohol may be distributed and consumed, must be approved in advance and in writing by (CCEM) personnel.
- 5.1.3. Firearms, weapons, ammunition, fireworks explosives and highly flammable materials are strictly prohibited.
- 5.1.4. Animals are not allowed on the campus, with the exception of service animals. OCG must notify the CCEM office if a service animal will be on campus. The College complies with applicable federal, state and local disability accommodation laws and ordinances as noted in Section 11.
- 5.1.5. The use of candles, hot plates or similar appliances are not permitted in any college building.
- 5.1.6. Tampering with the fire system or firefighting equipment is not allowed.
- 5.1.7. Removal of lounge or common area furniture into individual rooms is not allowed nor can furniture from individual rooms be removed or disassembled (including refrigerators, microwaves, and mattresses).
- 5.1.8. Gambling or solicitation in any form is not permitted.
- 5.1.9. Smoking is not permitted on campus grounds.
- 5.1.10. Camping is not permitted on campus grounds.
- 5.1.11. Recreational vehicles may not be occupied while parked on the campus.
- 5.1.12. The use of nails, staples, adhesives, and tape to any surfaces is prohibited unless approved by the CCEM personnel.
- 5.1.13. For safety and security purposes, propping of doors in any building is prohibited.
- 5.1.14. Motorized carts (ATV, golf, utility) can be brought on campus with prior approval by CCEM personnel.
